Experience Requirement:
We welcome freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of work experience who are passionate about design and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
Role Overview:
Do you have a flair for design and a passion for storytelling through visuals? As a Graphic Designer at Cosmofeed, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity, creating captivating designs that resonate with our audience and align with our mission to empower content creators.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer at Cosmofeed, you’ll collaborate with various teams to craft engaging and impactful visuals that elevate our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:
Design Excellence:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, emails, and advertisements.
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and other assets that simplify complex ideas for our audience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design impactful campaign creatives and promotional materials.
Brand Development:
- Uphold and evolve Cosmofeed’s visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate on brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all design outputs.
Innovation and Creativity:
- Experiment with new design trends and techniques to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Design interactive and motion graphics to enhance user engagement.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for exceptionally talented candidates.
- 0-2 years of professional design experience (freshers are welcome).
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity and range of design projects (academic, personal, or professional).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a knack for translating ideas into visually compelling designs.
