Job:Product Owner/Product ManagerCards ISO8583 Location:Bangalore Experience:814 Years

Roles & Responsibilities (MUSTHAVE)

· Consult withproduct stakeholders to understand business drivers and translatethem into functional and nonfunctional requirements

· You will work with Product Managers toevaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for developmentand identify "definition of done" for eachfeature

· Lead robust fast (through)inceptions (identify scope value solution) and Own prioritizedactionable backlogs

· Manage scopeand drive tradeoff decisions in conjunction with internal/externalstakeholders while balancing business requirements with technicalrequirements

· Elicit capture analyzeand document business requirements user stories acceptance criteriaand other technical documentation

·Work with the development team & provide walkthroughresolve queries & communicate details in a timelymanner

· Attend standups groomingmeetings estimation meetings retrospectives and other key meetingsfor the scrum team

· Identifyblockers that will impact timeline scope cost or other productvariables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders

· Build and maintain strong collaborativerelationship

· Knowledge of Agiletools like confluence JIRA and agile methodology

  • Experience in Payments (Cards Networks IssuersAcquirers)
  • Experience in working on the entireCard Payments value chain i.e. Online Acquisition DecisioningBilling & Posting Fraud & Dispute ManagementNetwork Compliance & Regulation Loyalty & Rewardsand Account Management & Services.
  • Experience in working on Alternate Payments &Areas such as Wallet’s BNPL Cryptocurrency Open BankingIoT based Payments New Payment flows.
  • End toend understanding of the Payments lifecycle from Front to Mid toBackoffice processing.
  • Experience of workingacross geo specific Payment types such as FedWire CHIPS BACS Fasterpayments SEPA
  • Deep understanding / experienceof Payments Clearing & Settlement mechanisms.
  • Experience in Payments message types such as MT / MXISO20022 and proprietary messages
  • Experienceof executing engagements in on Liquidity FX Processing &Cash Management

· Independentlyresearch industry trends and support to shape innovative ideas andopinions for practice thought leaders

· Actively contribute to research developmentand authoring of consulting mindshare i.e. articles whitepapers andother collaterals via traditional and social mediachannels

· Support RFI/RFP responses and other businessdevelopment opportunities as needed

· Drawconclusions from market/industry trends and client experiences tosupport in the design and build of new go to market serviceofferings

· Assist in creating client and/ or practicerelated materials (deliverables solutions industry best practicesstandards and other knowledge artifacts) to Cognizant’sknowledge management repository
