Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an L1/L2 Application Support Engineer located in Chennai. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first and second level support for applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of application systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring application performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues. The role also involves communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing technical assistance as required.

Qualifications

  • Application Support and Technical Support skills
  • SQL Knowledge
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
