Experience in developing custom solutions, in packaging. Hands on experience in designing mechanism. Hands on experience in building machine – Exposure to Fixtures/ Jigs design. Skills n GMP design Level Specific Accountabilities: Responsible for mechanical design and calculations Responsible for accuracy of documents created and safety of the parts designed. Responsible for execution of design within time and budget Independent, autonomous supervision and processing of projects in Solid Edge Concept development of machines to meet URS requirements. Calculation and design of components and machine elements requiring explanation. New design of machines according to a given functional scheme Functional improvement of assemblies Assembly support Key Competencies: Technical / Functional: Expert in Mechanical Design and Mechanism Expert in Tolerance & GD&T Expert in3D Software Solid Edge preferred Aware of Six Sigma tools like FMEA/Fishbone analysis Aware of PDM/PLM System – Teamcenter Preferred. Aware of Servos, Sensors and Mechatronics elements. Knowledge of ERP like SAP and Oracle will be added benefit. Knowledge of Project Management tools like MS Project is preferable.
