Key Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Engineering Mechanical/Production/Mechatronic


Experience:

  • 8-10 years in field of Packaging technology and/or pharmaceutical engineering in Leading team of engineers and deveInloping solutions for applications.
  • Experience in developing custom solutions, in packaging.
  • Experience in production format parts for packaging machine.
  • Hands on experience on troubleshooting Mechatronics issues on machine.


Level Specific Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for New product development Project execution in time within budget
  • Responsible for development of team reporting to her/him.
  • Calculation and design of components and machine elements requiring explanation.
  • Independent, autonomous supervision and processing of projects
  • Responsible for developing team’s skills to adapt to upcoming technological break through.


Key Competencies:

Technical / Functional:

  • Expert in Mechanical Design and Mechanism
  • Expert in Tolerance & GD&T
  • Expert in Root Cause Analysis and Tools like FMEA
  • Expert in 3D Software - Solid Edge preferred.
  • Advance Knowledge of Six Sigma tools like FMEA/Fishbone analysis
  • Knowledgeable of PDM/PLM System – TeamCenter Preferred.
  • Aware of Servos, Sensors and Mechatronics elements.
  • Awareness of new trends in Packaging – Future Oriented.
  • Facilitation Skills for team.
  • Knowledge of ERP like SAP and Oracle will be added benefit.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools like MS Project.
