DESIGNATION: Portfolio Manager LOCATION: NoidaEXPERIENCE: 2-12 YearsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.•Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.•Delegating tasks to team members.•Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills.•Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews.•Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.•Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.•Source team members. (FOS)•Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically.•To keep up with the market updates and insights.•Day planning for each individual.•Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual.•Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.•To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted.•To develop business developmentPERSONAL COMPETENCIES:•2-12yrs. of real estate sales experience•One should own a vehicle.•Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred•Passionate about sales•Good communication skills & Client handling skills•Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients•Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours•Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed•Confidence and skillful negotiating skills•Strong organizational skills to give the team directionPERKS AND BENEFITSPerformance Pay, Bonus schemes are also providedEDUCATIONQUALIFICATION:Postgraduate/ Graduate or any other relevant professional qualification.SALARY:No salary bar for deserving candidates and the remuneration will be calculated on the basis of experience and level of skill set.
