Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles across India.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Post job openings on job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
• Connect with candidates via phone, email, and job platforms to explain roles and assess interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems (ATS/Excel).

Who Can Apply

• Graduates/ Post Graduates (BCA, MCA, B.Tech., M.Tech., BBA, MBA) with strong communication skills with at least 6 months of experience.
• Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or the tech industry.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment tools and platforms.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
