TajSATS is currently hiring candidates for F&B Service department for catering operations at a premium hospital in South Mumbai.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Payroll & MIS to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll activities in coordination with our outsourced payroll partner, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, statutory compliance, monthly MIS reports.Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including collection, verification, and consolidation of payroll data.- Coordinate with the outsourced payroll service provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.- Prepare and generate monthly MIS reports and payroll dashboards.- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.- Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation.- Support audits by providing accurate payroll information and reports.- Analysis and reporting critical HR metrics including Headcount, Attrition, Diversity, Recruitment etc., on a regular frequency (monthly/quarterly), along with servicing requests received from time-to-time from other relevant/senior stakeholders.- Leads the process on variable pay provisioning to provide an accurate estimate of the variable pay spends in the company.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to minimum wages.- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and best practices.- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.- Provide support on all compensation & benefits processes including but not limited to generation of increment and other compensation letters, calculations including maintenance of permanent & contractual salaries, benefits administration and policy updates, maintenance of relevant documentation across these processes, resolving any queries around benefits, creation and maintenance of master MIS files for leadership,
