Overview
We are looking for experienced inside sales candidates with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the same profile. The major responsibility is to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls and convert potential clients into long term clients. You need to approach potential client by phone, email or other virtual modes.

Responsibilities:

To identify and approach the prospect client by using a variety of resources such as cold calling, email
campaign, online search, social media, or any referral. ·
Make outbound calls to clients for company introduction. ·
Should be expert in ICP(Initial Customer Profiling) for analyzing prospects and should be proficient in
converting MQLs(Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs(Sales Qualified Leads) ·
Should have knowledge in BANT process (Budget Authority Need and timeline) to follow the ICP. ·
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation till closing the deal. ·
Maintain the regular reports of sales activities, including calls made, lead generation, and deals closed. ·
Be updated about the complete knowledge about company's product and services. ·
Proper follow up with potential clients to build relationships and convert them into long term clients. ·
Manage proper follow up process to keep leads engaged. ·
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
Required skills and Qualification:
·
Min 2 years of experience in inside sales in B2B Sales with good verbal and written Communication. ·
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ·
Good understanding of sales process and customer relationship management. ·
Experience in B2B Demand Generation (with good knowledge of LinkedIn Direct Messaging and networking to generate demand and leads will be an added advantage). ·
Experience in conducting virtual meetings (Should be well versed with the latest tools for Online Meetings like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, Etc.) ·
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. ·
Ability to manage time effectively to achieve the sales goals. ·
Can work independently as well as a part of the team.
