  1. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, Analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Development: Create and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content (posts, images, videos, etc.) for different social media channels in line with brand guidelines.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Build and foster relationships with followers.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and generate regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.).

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the brand is utilizing current tools effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure social media efforts align with business goals, promotions, and product launches.

Paid Social Media Campaigns: Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid ads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Skills & Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and their respective best practices. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.). Strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to think creatively and work independently while maintaining a collaborative attitude. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus. Attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms is a plus.
