Number of Position: 2
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management:
o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, advising on people-related
matters.
o Forecast HR trends and ensure the company adapts to evolving workforce needs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
o Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the
hiring of top talent.
o Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage
workforce planning.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
o Maintain a positive work environment and foster an employee-oriented culture
that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
o Develop programs to boost employee engagement, retention, and morale.
o Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure fair and consistent
resolution.
4. Performance Management:
o Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high
performance.
o Conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employees in
their career development.
o Manage promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
o Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
o Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations related to
compensation.
o Manage payroll processes and liaise with the finance department for accurate
compensation management.
6. Training & Development:
o Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career
paths, and consultations.
o Develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills, performance,
and leadership abilities.
o Promote career development and succession planning.
7. Compliance & Policy Management:
o Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and are updated
regularly.
o Monitor changes in labor regulations and implement necessary changes in the
organization.
o Ensure the company complies with all employee safety, welfare, and wellness
regulations.
8. HR Technology:
o Oversee the implementation and management of HR management systems
(HRMS) to streamline HR operations.
o Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve processes.
9. Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of high performance
and continuous improvement.
o Foster teamwork and provide clear direction to the HR department.
o Drive the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
o Proven experience in managing full HR functions and HR strategy development.
o Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse
team.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
o Proficiency in HR management software and systems.
