Job Description :
- Network engineer working with Fortinet, CISCO, and Ubiquiti.
- Designing and Configuring Networks: Responsible for setting up and configuring complex WAN and LAN environments to meet client specifications. This will be In accordance with our project plans and timelines.
- Installing and Network Devices: Installing various network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and ensuring their proper functioning.
- Maintaining/Troubleshooting client environments: Respond to service desk tickets and escalations as they are created from client.
- Performing Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance on network devices, including firmware updates, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations, logging work and time in appropriate service tickets for records keeping.
- Providing Support and Troubleshooting: Offer Level-2/3 remote support for network-related issues.
- Managing Projects: function as technical Lead on complex SDWAN or Managed Firewall projects, including scoping, technical plan development, task execution, and documentation.
- Engaging with Clients: Interact with clients to understand their network and communication needs, capturing requirements, and providing direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, and keeping project and service tickets current and up to date daily are integral parts of the role.
- BGP Routing
- SDWan Architecture and Deployment ( Fortinet/Cisco)
