As a Marketing Associate at Tender Truck, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and engaging our audience across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Content Management: Regularly post engaging and relevant content on LinkedIn and Facebook to maintain an active social media presence.
Social Media Planning: Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Social Media Presence: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation Coordination: Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create compelling social media content.
Offline Marketing Activities: Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and offline marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts, with a strong understanding of LinkedIn and Facebook.
Experience in planning and executing offline marketing activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in social media management tools and marketing software.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
