**Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team on full time basis. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing department with various tasks to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in the marketing field.

**Job Title: Marketing Associate (Full Time)**

**Department: Marketing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and curating content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn) to build an engaging online presence and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Support market research initiatives to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to help shape marketing strategies and improve overall decision
- making.
- Mapping and Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of prior experience in a marketing or relevant coursework in marketing is required.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and persuasive content across different marketing channels.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and basic data analysis concepts would be beneficial.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support various marketing initiatives.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
