Role : DFT Lead

In this role as DFT Project Manager you will be leading all the DFT activities and deliverables of DFT teams & Customers at company.

You will be responsible for DFT Team management, Customer interactions and Engineering work which includes DFT architecture design, Development and DFT implementation of complex SoCs/ASICs.

Job Description :

- DFT Lead/Managerial experience of 10+ years.

- Full-chip DFT leadership experience with multiple design Tape Outs

- Create test architecture and test plans for complex ASICs and drive the Complete Chip DFT implementation & verification tasks

- Proven working experience in Stuck-At, Compression, ATPG, MBIST, BSCAN/JTAG schemes implementation & verifications.

- Should have handled full chip-level & hierarchical Scan insertion with Compression Techniques (EDT/OPMISR+).

- Hands on Experience with industry standard DFT tools & flows

- Good Knowledge of cross functional domains (SYN, LEC, STA, PD) understanding with owner ship of constraints developments and LEC.

- Develop/automate flows and scripts in Perl/Tcl to enhance the DFT methodologies & process

- Leading Teams, Training and Mentoring.


- Project Management.

- Excellent Customer interaction, Communication and Team work skills

- Ability to do multi-tasking in Technical and Managerial Roles
