Designation Title : Content Enthusiast & Social Media Executive Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Role Overview : We’re looking for an experienced Content & Social Media Professional with high-energy and having worked in B2 C/D2 C environment. The person will handle content projects including creating and managing newsletters, app store copy, classifieds and internal communications. And also promote them on social and to members. Successful candidate would have about 2-5 years of creative writing and editing experience for any brand online or news media, magazines and newspapers. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Content Lead & team to develop and execute digital strategies that boost awareness and engagement. Create and manage engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines. Plan and maintain the quarterly social media calendar. Coordinate with digital agencies for campaign execution and optimization. Manage social media accounts and ensure timely posting and engagement. Respond to audience interactions and monitor brand mentions. Track competitor activities and provide insights on campaigns and trends. Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of major digital marketing platforms. Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing. Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. A full-time social media marketing course or Google/Facebook certifications is a plus. Education and Experience Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in social media management at an agency or a D2 C brand.
