Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes and recommend cost optimization

measures.

Operations Oversight:

Collaborate with operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes, streamline

supply chain operations, and enhance efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory

management, and distribution.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction throughout the

value chain.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing

and distribution facilities.

Leadership and Strategic Planning:

Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing financial expertise and strategic

guidance to drive business growth.

Mentor and develop finance and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability,

innovation, and continuous learning.
