Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer who is hands-on expertise in data science, particularly focusing on automated ETL workflows in the cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in utilizing tools such as Talend, Matillion, and AWS Glue to streamline and automate ETL processes.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL workflows in cloud environments.

- Implement best practices for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing ETL tools such as Talend, Matillion, and AWS Glue to optimize data pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in Azure Data Factory or AWS, and familiarity with blob storage.

- Ability to navigate and leverage cloud infrastructure for efficient data processing.

- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation tasks.

- Utilize Python to enhance and optimize data workflows.

- Extensive experience working with cloud data warehouses, with a preference for expertise in Snowflake.

- Design and implement scalable solutions for big data processing in cloud environments.

- Connect and integrate data with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Quicksight.

- Ensure seamless data visualization and reporting capabilities for end-users.

- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for querying cloud data warehouses.

- Ensure data accessibility and availability for analytical purposes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).

- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in data science and ETL processes.

- Proven expertise in automated ETL workflows in cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience with Talend, Matillion, and AWS Glue.

- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure Data Factory or AWS and blob storage.

- Proficient in Python programming.

- Experience with cloud data warehouses, especially Snowflake.

- Strong SQL skills for querying cloud data warehouses.

- Previous experience connecting to BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Quicksight.
