We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, .NET, and Azure projects, with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth and closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging technology solutions.Gather and document detailed requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems and processes.Analyze data using SQL queries and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.Collaborate with software developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions using .NET and Azure technologies.Create comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, to support proposed initiatives.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts and team members as needed.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis, software development, and cloud degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SQL, .NET, and Azure projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.Experience working with .NET framework and Azure services, including Azure DevOps.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Azure certifications) are a plus.Join our team and play a key role in driving our organization's success through innovative technology solutions. Job for a Business Analyst who has extensive experience in preparation, guiding the delivery team on business/functional understanding, helping in preparing the testing plan to do thorough validation, UAT sign-off documentation.

• Detailed requirements gathering and documentation preparation, which will include Developing requirements with stakeholders who have difficulty articulating them, understanding the business processes and desired outcomes.
• Experience in SharePoint, and SQL Language, SDLC, UAT Testing.
• Must have experience on >net and Azure based projects
• Drive the development and support of various internal applications within the company and to explore and manage data insights.

• Strong Analytical thinking with hands-on experience in problem-solving.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions.

• 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst across a diverse set of industries.
• Should have experience in delivering analytical solutions in a service organization.
• Excellent at stakeholder management and ability to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions.
• Ability to structure solve business problems, innovating, where required. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
