Role Description
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for our company. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to evolving trends in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, social media, email, and blogs.
Manage content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, and optimize ad creative to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and audience growth strategies.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
Segment email lists based on audience characteristics and behavior for targeted messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.
Prepare regular reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization.
Website Management:
Collaborate with web development team to ensure website functionality and user experience meet digital marketing objectives.
Implement website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed for specialized digital marketing services.
