If the Marketing Leader is the strategist, you are the executor. Your focus will be on running online campaigns, optimizing ad spends, managing performance marketing, and ensuring our content reaches the right students at the right time. You’ll also support on-ground activations and help drive growth at scale. What You’ll Do • Execute online marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Linked In, etc.). • Manage paid ads, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Work with the content team to deliver creative assets for campaigns. • Support influencer collaborations, social media activities, and community engagement. • Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations in colleges. • Analyze data, create reports, and present actionable insights. Who You Are • 1–3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and ads management. • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/ASO, and analytics tools. • Understanding of Gen Z digital behavior, content trends, and engagement levers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hustler mindset. • Analytical thinker who loves experimenting, testing, and optimizing campaigns.
