*Job Overview:*

We are urgently hiring Telecom Engineers and Team Leads with strong experience in Huawei BTS Installation, Swap Projects, RAN Integration, and eNodeB Deployment for an international project in Indonesia. This is a field-based role requiring travel across multiple site locations as per project needs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform installation, commissioning, and integration of Huawei BTS and eNodeB equipment.

* Execute BTS swap and RAN integration activities according to Huawei standards.

* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks of installed equipment.

* Coordinate with Huawei technical teams, site engineers, and project managers for smooth rollout.

* Maintain detailed documentation including site audit reports, installation checklists, and integration logs.

* Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and company guidelines.

* For Team Leads: Supervise and guide teams, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

** Candidate Requirements:*

* 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Huawei telecom projects.

* In-depth knowledge of BTS, eNodeB, and RAN architecture and implementation.

* Prior experience in international projects is a plus (especially SEA region).

* Ability to lead teams (for Team Lead roles) and manage site execution independently.

* Good understanding of telecom tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

* Flexibility to relocate and travel across sites within Indonesia.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.
