About the Role:
We are looking for a
Content Executive
to lead, manage, and optimize our content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and blogs. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and analytics to ensure consistent brand voice, timely publishing, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and company blogs.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and posts.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and subject matter experts to create engaging content.
- Write, edit, and proofread captions, posts, and blog articles aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Optimize content for SEO (blogs) and platform-specific algorithms (LinkedIn & Instagram).
- Stay updated on content trends, hashtags, and new platform features.
- Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience in content management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and blogging platforms (WebFlow, Medium, or similar).
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or health-tech industries.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite).
- Basic video editing skills for Instagram Reels/LinkedIn videos.
