Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate should be an HR Generalist with work experience on administering & executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management.Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating for interviews scheduling & arranging while being the point person for the Chennai office.Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.Ability to manage other HR program roll outs as well as inanaging HR related activities for MGS while working closely with the other members of the MGS HR Team.This position is reporting to the section head HR wherein this person will be involved in select HR initiatives for MGSAbility to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective for MGS as assigned.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualification:
MBA/HR or relevant qualifications
