As a recruitment consultant intern at Ginesys, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in recruitment, ATS, resume screening, and interview coordination. You will work directly with the HR team to identify top talent, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Providing feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and results.
