As a recruitment consultant intern at Ginesys, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in recruitment, ATS, resume screening, and interview coordination. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top-tier candidates.

  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Providing feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and results.
