Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Welding Engineer. The Welding Engineer will be responsible for executing laser welding, arc welding, and welding inspection tasks on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include quality control, ensuring adherence to welding standards, and working on metallurgical projects to enhance the welding processes and outcomes. The role demands ongoing quality assessments, troubleshooting welding-related issues, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laser Welding and Arc Welding
  • Experience in Quality Control and Welding Inspection
  • Knowledge of Metallurgy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
