Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needsPlan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)End to end recruitment from sourcing, coordination, offer management & onboarding the candidatesTake steps to ensure positive candidate experienceCoordinate with vendors for sourcing, selection and joiningMaintaining daily trackers for walk-ins, interviews, selection etcDriving employee referral to obtain source mixFoster long term relationships with past applicants & potential candidatesExploring the internal and alternative channels of sourcing to reduce the hiring cost
Job Description
Graduate , proven experience as Talent Acquisition specialist or similar roleMinimum 5-6 years in volume hiring , BPO /Banking industry preferredFamiliarity with Social Media, Job Portals and various resume sourcing platformsKnowledge of application tracking systemExcellent communication skills – Verbal & WrittenGood listening skills and strong communication abilities.Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrityTeam Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders
