Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Market Research Analyst. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore and requires between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and research methodologies, bringing valuable insights to advance TeachEdison's strategic objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights (Mandatory skill). Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies required for effective market analysis (Mandatory skill). Capability to conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research findings and hypotheses (Mandatory skill). Experience in designing surveys to capture essential customer and market data efficiently. Competency in conducting interviews to gather qualitative data directly from participants. Proven track record in market research with an ability to analyze industry trends and consumer behavior. Strong communication skills to present research findings to diverse stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability in all research activities. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Utilize data analysis tools to interpret market data and provide strategic recommendations. Design and execute surveys to gather critical market insights and assess customer needs. Engage with stakeholders through interviews to obtain qualitative insights and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research outcomes with business objectives. Present findings and reports to senior management, providing strategic insights and action plans. Maintain awareness of industry developments to ensure TeachEdison's offerings remain competitive. Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes within the organization.
