Job Description:As a Data Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery for our clients data projects. Leveraging your expertise in data engineering and data operations, you will work closely with clients to ensure that the project delivery on time with quality and meeting the requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering tools and different pharma datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

The Data and Technology lead will majorly be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality services/ deliverables to our customers.Interacting with clients to understand the problem statement, gather business requirements and translate to technical people.Involvement in Architecture, designing the solutions or products.Solving technical issues of the team and ensure smooth delivery.Providing functional and technical guidance to the development team.Managing a team of at least 4-5 technical people.

Qualifications :

6-8 years of strong experience in data engineering, data operations, and master data management.Proficiency in Data Engineering technologies like ETL, SQL, Python programmingExperience working on cloud technologies including AWS, Azure etc.Sound experience in Data Warehouse, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Designing, Data Quality etc.Experience in leading pharma client projects for at least 1-2 years.Strong knowledge of Pharma datasets – Sales, Claims, Payer, Open Data etc.Leadership qualities; stakeholder, client, team management, operations.Understanding of master data concepts and experience on MDM platforms is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
