Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred Location: Remote Experience Required: Overall: Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform Specific: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules – Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Integrations Certification: Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified ITAM (SAM/HAM) Certification Preferred: ServiceNow System Administrator / Implementation Specialist Certifications Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM modules (SAM, HAM, CMDB). Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external asset inventory or discovery tools (e.G., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and governance within CMDB and asset repositories. Manage software compliance, license optimization, and asset lifecycle processes. Design and implement discovery and reconciliation processes to ensure asset visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, ITOM, Procurement, Security) for end-to-end asset management. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset and license tracking. Support automation initiatives and process improvements in ITAM operations. #hiring #servicenow #servicenowjobs
