Job Summary: The Java Full Stack Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Java full stack development technologies. This role involves equipping learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using Java-based frameworks and tools. The trainer will leverage their expertise in Java programming, front-end development, and database management to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum covering Java full stack development concepts, including Java programming languages, front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and deployment technologies.
  2. Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including instructor-led training, hands-on workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules. Adapt training delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.
  3. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Java full stack development technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
  4. Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training materials and delivery methods.
  5. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to learners during training sessions, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on complex technical topics.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, learner progress, and feedback. Generate reports and analytics to track training effectiveness and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and update training materials, exercises, and resources to reflect the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify emerging training needs and develop new content accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Spring Certification) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in Java full stack development, including proficiency in Java programming languages (e.g., Java SE, Java EE), front-end development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), back-end development (Spring Boot, Hibernate), and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor in Java full stack development or related technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools for course development and delivery.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
