We are looking for a Dispute Analyst/Deposit Operations Analyst who supports the processing for some of the platform's transaction channels; will be responsible for performing a wide variety of bank operational duties in a high volume environment. These positions interact with various bank personnel while serving as a resource agent for all deposit operational areas, and assisting in the verification of processes and applications.

About the Role:
Review and investigate debit card/ACH disputes claims
Customer Service related functions
Coordinate investigations with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
Review and attend training related to dispute programs and services
Maintains detailed records on all work responsibilities as required
Process ACH and debit card disputes
Process ACH Transactions when needed
Maintain training and education needs related to Regulation E and NACHA rules
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements for the Role:
Analytical and SQL skills is essential
Proficiency in Google Sheets is also required.
