Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Computer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer applications and teaching methodologies, with the ability to train students or professionals in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver computer training programs (basic to advanced) to students or employees.
  • Design and update training material, presentations, and practice exercises.
  • Assess trainees' skills and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Conduct both classroom and practical sessions to ensure hands-on learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest software tools, applications, and IT trends.
  • Maintain records of student performance and training outcomes.
  • Support learners individually to help them overcome challenges.
  • Ensure all training equipment and software are functional and ready for use.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, MS Office, Internet, and basic programming.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical learners.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, problem-solving ability, and a passion for teaching.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Computer Trainer or Instructor.
  • Certifications such as MS Office Specialist, CompTIA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
