Qualification4 6 years of relevant experience in Qualitative research including experience in client management, discussion guide design, data analysis and reportingDegree or MBA with specialization in Marketing or Market researchHave strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team membersHave experience in different research methodologies like In depth Interviews, Focus groups, Dairies, Projective Techniques etc.Be able to multitask and effectively manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and projects togetherPossess strong time management, teamwork, critical thinking, analytical, and influencing skillsJob ProfileProject management and executionThe candidate will be accountable for end-to-end project management which includes Gaining expertise in using the tools developed in-house and by external vendors like QualSights, Voxpopme etc.Multitasking and managing multiple research projects end to end i.E. from designing a questionnaire, programming survey to analysis the data and reportingDeveloping knowledge and skills required to apply advanced research techniques in order to identify patterns and trends from the dataShould be able to create a story out of the insights using compelling narratives, visuals, and data-driven evidenceShould be able to proactively learn and apply new tools to find unique solutions to the business questionsVendor management The candidate must partner with external research agencies and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standardsStakeholder managementShould proactively connect with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, and suggest appropriate research methods to fulfill those requirements with minimum manager supervision
