Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with a strong passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the e-commerce, beauty, personal care, or fashion industry. You will work closely with our Content Marketing Team to create visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

- **Video Production & Editing:** Collaborate with the Content Marketing Team to transform concepts and briefs into engaging and polished videos optimized for various social platforms.

- **Conceptualization:** Play an active role in brainstorming sessions with senior creative team members to conceptualize innovative ideas that deliver effective solutions.

- **Content Creation:** Produce product explainer videos, demos, tutorials, video infographics, and more for our social media channels, YouTube, and website.

- **Post-Production:** Edit raw video footage into cohesive storylines, adding effects, graphics, elements, and music to enhance motion graphics content.

- **Audio & Motion Graphics:** Edit audio and video, and incorporate simple motion graphics to create a polished final product.

- **Design Principles:** Apply a strong understanding of design principles, including Hierarchy, Typography, Balance, Color Use, and White Space.

- **Project Management:** Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality work is delivered under tight deadlines.

- **Brand Consistency:** Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

- **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with design and content teams to deliver impactful messages through your designs.

- **Mentorship:** Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior video editors, helping to strengthen the team’s overall skill set.

- **Innovation & Trends:** Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and standards, continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Software Proficiency:** Must have strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant video animation software.

- **Experience:** 1-3 years of experience in motion graphic design, with a preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce, beauty, personal care, or fashion brands.

- **Creative Skills:** Strong understanding of storytelling, design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- **Adaptability:** Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- **Passion:** A deep passion for motion design, innovation, and continuous improvement.
