Job Summary:  

As a Motion Graphics Designer at The Quorum, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality animations that reflect our brand's vision and messaging.


Your role will involve the entire creative process, from brainstorming ideas and developing storyboards to producing polished animations. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for design and animation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually engaging animations, graphics, and video content for various media platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and develop motion graphics that align with brand guidelines.

- Conceptualize and storyboard animations that bring creative ideas to life.

- Produce high-quality animations, ensuring consistency across all media formats.

- Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and special effects.

- Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging software to enhance creative output.

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.

- Revise and improve animations based on feedback from stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and video projects.

- Proficiency in animation and video editing software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
