Opportunities Base: 2,000 AUD - 2,200 AUD / Month Full-time remote Day shift, Australian time zone 28 days of paid leave in a year About the Role: You will manage the operations of the Research department, whose workflows include market analytics, property updates, and project marketing. You will work closely with the Head of Research to ensure that the department's activities align with the company's strategic objectives, providing critical research support for acquisitions and marketing. With the vision and direction provided by the Head of Research, your role will be focused on the execution of that direction and operational excellence. With your strong background in data analysis and research methodologies, you will provide operational leadership and expert guidance to Market Analytics, Australian Property Update, and Due Diligence Report (DDR) teams, managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that your team’s resources are utilised effectively to meet your deliverables. With the support of your manager, you’ll take the lead in managing your direct reports and activities like recruitment, coaching, performance management, tracking KPIs, etc., all within your remit.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership and workflow management to the Market Analytics, Australian Property Update, and DDR teams.

Ensure research and project marketing deliverables meet operational requirements and quality standards.

Manage the performance of your direct reports, including performance management and KPI tracking, feedback, and coaching. Manage recruitment and workforce planning for the Research department.

Provide support to your line manager to identify areas for business process improvement and coordinate with your team members to manage those projects from concept to delivery.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate work experience in the real estate sector, of which at least 1-year full-time working at an International firm.

Prior work on qualitative and quantitative research in property economics and residential real estate.

Prior experience in leadership and management.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Urban Planning, Commerce, Property Development, or similar. Key Result Areas: Lead and manage the operations of the Market Analytics, Australian Property Update, and DDR teams to produce outputs that meet business requirements and quality standards.

With the support of your line manager, to drive the growth and development of your team through coaching and performance management, helping them achieve and exceed in their KPIs and scorecards.

Contribute to the growth of the company through business process improvements.
