PositionTitle: Vice President Compliance

Reports to: Chief ComplianceOfficer

Location: Chennai

OrganizationalOverview:

The mission is toprovide efficient and reliable access to debt capital markets forinstitutions that impact lowincome households. These include ruraland urban microfinance institutions retail NBFCs and housingfinance companies. The organization connects these institutionswith capital markets and investors such as banks insurancecompanies and mutual funds through financial tools likesecuritization credit enhancement and debt structuring.

Roles andResponsibilities:

Identify andmitigate compliance risks.

Implement regulatorydirections in line with applicable norms including thorough testingand reporting of results.

Ensure the timelyimplementation of applicable regulatory circular norms andCompliance Policy mandates along with the preparation of MIS andother reports.

Provide advisory support tomanagement and other departments.

Implement andenforce policies processes and procedures in compliance withregulatory and internal requirements in a timely manner.

Follow up and ensure closure of Regulatory/Supervisory andinternal audit findings within defined timelines.

Work towards reducing compliance risk incidents and ensureadherence to ethical standards and best industrypractices.

Specifications:Qualifications Experience &Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications: Professionally Qualified (LL.B/CA/CS)

Minimum Experience: 810 yearsof experience in Compliance functions preferably within NBFCs(highest priority) or Banking.
