Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive with a focus on the furniture industry to join our expanding team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in furniture and interior sales, and demonstrate strong abilities in lead generation and customer engagement. Qualifications and Skills Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and cultivate potential sales leads in the furniture industry. Furniture Sales (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience in selling furniture products to a diverse client base. Interior Sales (Mandatory skill): Strong knowledge and experience in selling interior design services or products. Customer Service: Excellent skills in maintaining and improving customer relationships to enhance service satisfaction. Sales: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear and meaningful interactions with clients. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the furniture market. Identify and engage with potential clients to establish new sales opportunities. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of furniture products and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and expand market presence. Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
