Job Description:

We are looking for an SAP Implementation Specialist to manage and oversee the implementation of SAP at SAN Automotive. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SAP in auto component manufacturing companies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing processes. This role requires the ability to recommend appropriate control access checks, user points, and to construct a detailed implementation roadmap.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SAP implementation project, ensuring it aligns with our business processes and objectives.
  • Understand and document our current processes to recommend the right control access checks and user points.
  • Develop and manage a detailed roadmap for the SAP implementation, ensuring a streamlined process.
  • Ensure data integrity, eliminate errors, and optimize resource management through SAP.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement necessary SAP access points.
  • Provide training and support to staff on using SAP effectively.
  • Ensure all new product development and client onboarding processes are integrated with SAP, adhering to APQP and PPAP standards.
  • Develop and document procedures required for SAP implementation and usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP implementation and usage.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP in auto component manufacturing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with business processes.
  • Familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) standards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop and execute a detailed implementation plan.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and support staff in using SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
