JobSummary:

We are looking foran experienced Zoho Functional Consultant tojoin our team. In this role you will be responsible forimplementing and optimizing Zoho Books and otherrelevant Zoho products to meet our clients accounting and financialmanagement needs. Your role will focus on understanding businessrequirements configuring solutions training users and providingongoing support.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Workclosely with clients to understand their accounting and financialprocesses and recommend Zoho solutions that align with theirbusiness needs.
  • Implement andconfigure Zoho Books and other Zoho applicationslike Zoho Inventory Zoho Expense andZohoPayroll.
  • Customize andoptimize Zoho products to streamline financial processes includinginvoicing expenses tax compliance and financialreporting.
  • Conduct user training andsupport for Zoho Books and related tools to ensure effective usageby the finance team.
  • Assist clientswith data migration from legacy systems to ZohoBooks.
  • Provide postimplementationsupport including troubleshooting issues and recommending bestpractices.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate Zoho accounting modules withother Zoho apps (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Projects) as well as thirdpartyplatforms.
  • Keep up to date with thelatest features updates and Zoho accounting solutions to providevaluable insights to clientscontinuously.


RequirementsKeySkills andQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration ora related field. (CA/CPA is aplus.)
  • 2 years ofexperience in implementing or managing Zoho applicationsspecifically Zoho Books.
  • Solidunderstanding of accounting principles and financialmanagement.
  • Experience with ERPsystems or accounting software (Zoho Books QuickBooks Tallyetc.).
  • Ability to troubleshootaccountingrelated issues within Zohoapplications.
  • Strong knowledge ofGST compliance accountsreceivable accounts payablebank reconciliation and financialreporting.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills.
  • Ability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving andanalyticalskills.
