Armonia is looking for a dynamic and creative In-Store Display Head to lead visual merchandising and display execution across our Pan-India retail network.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute in-store displays aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure seasonal, festive, and promotional POP is effectively rolled out nationwide.
  • Supervise store display teams and provide training where required.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain uniformity and freshness in all displays.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team for campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising / retail display management.
  • Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication & team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
