Salesforce Tableau CRM Senior Engineer (Einstein Analytics)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the Reporting & Analytics team and Salesforce Architecture team to capture functional and technical requirements for creating the overall Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solution.

- Create and outline the integration architecture for CRMA, utilizing either pre-built CRMA connectors or customized solutions through CRMA's Data API.

- Develop CRMA data flows, datasets, recipes, lenses, and dashboard visualizations.

- Establish a security architecture for CRMA, considering user roles and the nature of CRMA dashboards.

- Assist in mapping CRMA data.

- Evaluate IT projects and assess the short and long-term consequences of various tactical choices.

- Promote data commonality and reuse across different Lines of Business (LOBs).

- Document and obtain approval for High-Level Data and Integration Architecture

- Solution designs for CRMA.

- Prepare Technical Data, ETL, and Integration Architecture Designs for the CRMA development team, which includes yourself.

- Offer support and technical guidance to the development team to ensure that implemented solutions align with approved architectures and frameworks.

Experience :

- With over 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4+ years dedicated to designing and implementing solutions for the integration of substantial amounts of third-party data into Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), previously known as Tableau CRM.


- This experience encompasses the creation of CRM datasets, dataflows, recipes, bindings, utilization of SOQL/SOSL/SAQL queries, development of lenses, dashboard visualizations, and seamless integration within Lightning record page layouts.
