Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely filing of financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  4. Coordinate and manage external audits and reviews, providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  5. Stay updated on changes in reporting requirements and accounting standards.
  6. Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
  8. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
  9. Supervise and mentor the financial reporting team.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and implement best practices.


Qualifications:


5+ years of experience.

CA Qualified.

Working experience with Big 4 is preferred.

Experience in financial reporting, preferably in a public accounting firm or a publicly traded company.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with SAP, Advance excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
