HR Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline the onboarding and induction process for new joiners, ensuring smooth and timely completion of all joining formalities. This role also involves maintaining accurate employee records and files, contributing to employee grievances resolution, supporting employee engagement activities, and assisting with recruitment efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll Processing, Onboarding & Induction Process:Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, and leave data for salary computation.Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and incentives.Handle statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS, and generate related reports.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.Prepare and submit monthly/annual payroll compliance reports.Ensure that all joining formalities for new hires are completed in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate with relevant departments to provide the necessary tools, resources, and information to new employees.Ensure the new joiners have a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience, including document verification,
