We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of our new educational institution campus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management consultancy (PMC) with expertise in planning, designing, and implementing large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
6. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
7. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
10. Lead project team meetings, providing guidance and support to team members as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in PMC, with a minimum of 5-7 years in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
