We are hiring experienced and dynamic recruiters (Sr. Recruiter/ Team Lead) for Domestic Recruitment (Non-IT) to join our recruitment consultancy based in Noida, Sector 62. Candidates with a strong background in domestic hiring are encouraged to apply.

Job Title: Sr. Recruiter/ Team Lead- Recruitment (Domestic Non-IT)

No of positions: 5 Vacancy

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

CTC: Upto 7 LPA (70% Fixed : 30% Variable)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic Non-IT roles across various industries.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles in a timely manner.
  • Allocate work to team members and monitor daily performance and productivity.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior recruiters as and when required.
  • Ensure proper use of recruitment tools and adherence to company processes.
  • Maintain candidate data and reports using Excel and internal tracking systems.
  • Manage client communication effectively and maintain strong business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Any having minimum 75% or above in 12th class exams.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Domestic Non-IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience in leading a recruitment team is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Well groomed recruiter with fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and able to generate reports and track metrics.
  • Candidates residing in Noida, East Delhi, South Delhi, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad are preferred.

Work Details:

  • Work Timing: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM (1 hour flexible)
  • Work Days: 5.5 days (Monday to Saturday with 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Leaves: EL+CL/SL+ National Holidays
  • Dress code: Formals/ Semi casual allowed.
