Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and technically strong Maintenance Engineer to join our plant operations team. This role will be responsible for installation, commissioning, upkeep, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup with a strong background in electrical engineering.

What You'll Do


• Install and set up new machines and production equipment in the plant


• Handle commissioning and testing of new equipment as per OEM standards


• Perform timely breakdown and preventive maintenance to ensure machine uptime


• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues in coordination with production teams


• Liaise with OEMs for spares procurement and machine-specific technical support


• Maintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation


• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols on the shop floor


• Work with cross-functional teams during machine upgrades and new projects

Who You Are


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory


• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production plant


• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting


• Experience with machine installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance


• Familiarity with OEM documentation, spares management, and vendor coordination


• Proficient in MS Excel, maintenance logs, and basic ERP tools


• A proactive team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills
