Equalifi plays a key role in guiding the development of the financial services sector by working with key industry participants and promoting best practices in leadership and talent development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founder's Office- Management Trainee at Equalifi. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting the founder's office in day-to-day operations, project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and globally recognized finance education organization.Candidates with prior experience in education sales, memberships, events, financial research and content development, business development and strategy would be an ideal fit.Qualifications- Project Management and Stakeholder Communication skills- Ability to assist in strategic planning and operations- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related field- Experience in the finance industry is a plusAnnual CTCINR 3 Lakhs +VariableTo apply, please mail your CV to
