Hiring Plant Manager for Ivory Agro Foods Pvt Ltd , A Leading Food Products (Snacks) Manufacturing Company
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the plant, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and other staff to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely availability of raw materials and efficient logistics operations.
- Implement and maintain systems for inventory management, production planning, and quality control.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on plant performance, production targets, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Annual CTC: 7 Lakhs / PA
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Snacks / Food Products / FMCG industry, preferably in managing large-scale factories.
- Proven expertise as a Plant Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
